I'm having a hard time finding 80-100 people to enjoy the meal. Suggestions? ANd how much salt is too much?

For a more authentic taste add in plenty of mustard seed, and enough curry to tint the meat redish. Also get about 50 swallows and dip them in honey and sessame seeds, bake them and arange them around the camel as an appetizer.

Only 50? Like with the 60 eggs, what determines WHO gets to have one, and who doesn't? Will there be a riot?

See the thing is, not everyone is an egg or swallow fan so you can assume at least 30% of the masses won't be interested in anything but the camel. I wonder if it would be good to stuff the lamb, maybe with chickens?

The recipe SAYS to stuff the lamb with chickens. 20 of them. Seems like a packing nightmare, if you ask me.
