Put 'some' olive oil in a pan.
Put 'some' chicken in the same pan.
Add the juice of 'a lemon or two', 'some' garlic, 'some' rosemary (fresher is better), and 'some' salt and pepper.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for an hour or so.
Pairs well with rice. If you don't know how to make rice, you're on your own.

mmm...such a good flavor combination! I've done a whole chicken version of this, where you shove a bunch of lemon slices and sticks of rosemary inside...
