I also used non fat milk. We shall see what happens. It's in the oven baking right now. I had an entire gallon bag of squares of cheese that someone gave me from a party that was never used. It melted surprisingly well. I'm not sure what all was in the mix. Mozzarella and cheddar for sure. Some swiss cheese and some yellow and white cheese that looked marble-y.
